만든 영상은 어디에 저장되나요?
iPhone은 사진 앱, Android는 갤러리에 저장돼요. 영상 합치기는 "내보내기", 사진 넣기는 "저장"을 누르면 돼요.
저장이 안 돼요.
사진 접근이 꺼져 있으면 저장할 수 없어요. iPhone은 설정 앱 > KokCut > 사진에서, Android는 설정 > 앱 > KokCut > 권한에서 사진 접근을 허용해 주세요. 휴대폰 저장 공간이 부족해도 저장이 안 될 수 있어요.
PRO를 샀는데 다시 결제하라고 나와요.
앱을 다시 설치했거나 휴대폰을 바꿨다면, 결제 창 아래의 "구매 복원"을 눌러 주세요. 처음 구매한 계정(Apple ID 또는 Google 계정)으로 로그인되어 있어야 해요.
PRO는 매달 결제되나요?
아니요. 한 번만 사면 계속 쓸 수 있어요. 고르고, 만들고, 미리 보는 것까지는 무료이고 PRO 옵션으로 만든 영상을 저장할 때만 구매해요.
"배경 지우기 > 피사체만"이 안 보여요.
iPhone은 iOS 17 이상에서 쓸 수 있어요. 단색 배경 지우기는 모든 기기에서 돼요.

기록 숫자가 잘못 읽혀요.
거리·시간·페이스가 잘 보이는 기록 화면을 캡처해 주세요. 그래도 틀리면 어떤 러닝 앱의 캡처인지 알려 주시면 고쳐 볼게요.

Where are my videos saved?
On iPhone, in the Photos app. On Android, in your gallery. Tap "Export" in Merge Videos or "Save" in Add a Photo.
Saving doesn't work.
KokCut needs photo access to save. On iPhone, go to Settings > KokCut > Photos. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > KokCut > Permissions. Saving can also fail when your phone is low on storage.
I bought PRO, but it asks me to pay again.
If you reinstalled the app or switched phones, tap "Restore purchase" at the bottom of the purchase sheet. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
Is PRO a subscription?
No. Buy it once and keep it. Choosing, creating, and previewing are free; you only buy when you save a video made with PRO options.
I don't see "Remove BG > Subject only".
On iPhone, it needs iOS 17 or later. Removing a single-color background works on every device.
Where are my photos and videos saved?
On iPhone, in the Photos app. On Android, in your gallery. If saving fails, allow photo access for PaceGraphy in Settings.
The numbers are read wrong.
Use a screenshot where distance, time, and pace are clearly visible. If it's still wrong, tell us which running app the screenshot came from and we'll look into it.
